Very
occasionally, an order may arrive damaged due to courier mishandling.
If your delivery arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the package
and broken contents and we will arrange a refund or a
replacement.
If you're unhappy with your delivery, please contact us on salut@legrappin.com within seven working days after it's received. The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. We will refund the value of your order minus delivery charges. Ensuring the safe return of the package and postage cost will be the responsibility of you, the customer.
